About this home
Valley Pike was remodeled top to bottom for comfort: open-concept living with a leather sectional, a fireplace and dimmable lighting, a new kitchen with a black farmhouse sink, and a live-edge dining table for six. There's no carpet and no steps, and every room has a smart TV.
It's set up for real life on longer stays — relocations, remodels, insurance displacement, or a few months of work in the area. A dedicated workspace looks out over the backyard, the Wi-Fi runs around 227 Mbps, the laundry room is stocked with detergent and softener, and the kitchen has an Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, mixer and a coffee bar with drip and Keurig.
Out back is a fully fenced, natural third of an acre with a grill, fire pit, hammock, patio seating, horseshoes and cornhole — and, if you're lucky, a visit from Hootie the owl. Dogs love it, and a large kennel is provided.

“I stayed in this property for four and a half months after a bad water leak severely damaged my home. It was the perfect temporary home for me and my dog while my property was repaired.
