Family-owned, locally run, and hosted personally by Andrea.
Cedar Park Furnished is just us — Andrea and her husband — and the two homes we own and care for in Cedar Park. We started hosting five years ago and have welcomed families, friends, traveling professionals and neighbors who needed a place while their own home was being put back together.
We keep things simple: homes that are spotless and fully stocked, honest listings, and a host who answers. Both homes are Guest Favorites on Airbnb with more than 150 reviews between them, and Valley Pike holds a perfect 5.0.
Certified for extended stays
Both homes are HESTIA certified: they passed an in-person, third-party quality inspection built on corporate-housing standards — access, safety, Wi-Fi, appliances, HVAC, cleanliness and a full move-in inventory. It's the standard corporate and insurance housing partners use when placing guests for 30 days or more.

Hi, I'm Andrea. My husband and I own and care for both homes ourselves, here in Cedar Park.
