Booking & quotes

Inquiries are not reservations. Andrea replies with availability and a written quote for your dates. Your stay is confirmed when you accept the quote and complete the payment described in it. The quote includes the payment schedule, cancellation terms, deposits and any applicable taxes.

Taxes

Stays shorter than 30 nights are subject to Texas and local hotel occupancy taxes, which are included in your quote.

Stays of 30 nights or more

Extended stays use a written rental agreement that covers the term, payments and house rules.

Guests & gatherings

Only registered guests may stay or visit without prior approval. Parties aren't permitted. Please respect neighborhood quiet hours and parking rules listed on each home's page.

Pets

Pets are welcome with advance notice. Please keep pets supervised or kenneled when left alone, and clean up after them in the yard.

Safety

Both homes have exterior security cameras; there are no cameras inside. The Orchid's pool has no four-sided isolation fence, so children must be supervised at all times.

Privacy

When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone, dates and message) only to respond to you and arrange your stay. We don't sell or share your information with marketers. Ask us any time to delete your inquiry.
