About this home
The Orchid is the house for the whole group — birthday weekends, family reunions, bridal parties, or a family that needs real room while their own home is being repaired. It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs onto a lush wildlife preserve, so the backyard feels tucked away while shopping, dining and entertainment are minutes away.
Inside you'll find a bright front living room framed by a heritage live oak, a fireplace room with a pull-out sofa, a game room with a professionally leveled pool table and heated recliners, and an open kitchen with a double oven, a large pantry and every kind of coffee (drip, Keurig and French press). Formal dining seats 8–12, with a breakfast table for 4–6.
Outside is why people come back: a private pool with a waterfall, tanning ledge and LED lighting, a large lit hot tub, a pergola deck with dining for 12 and a fire table, a Blackstone griddle and propane grill, and a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced and pet-friendly.
Extended stays are a specialty. Relocation, remodeling and insurance stays are welcome, with high-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace for remote work.

- Up to 12 registered guests — no additional visitors without prior approval
- Quiet hours after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends
- Parking for 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway (pull all the way forward) — no street or cul-de-sac parking
- Fire pit may be used unless there's a burn ban
Good to know
- The pool doesn't have a four-sided isolation fence — children must be supervised at all times
- The pool is unheated; hot tub sanitizer packets are provided
- Exterior security cameras are on the property (none inside)
- Self check-in with a front-door keypad
- The pool table is professionally leveled — please don't move it
